Kemira GrowHow (KGH1V) shares have increased by 9.10% to 9.44 EUR per share. The reason for such an increase is The Board of Directors decision to propose to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.15 per share be paid for the financial year 2006, which is very high knowing that earnings per share were negative during the period. Kemira GrowHow is a leading European provider of fertilizer products for use in agriculture with a particular focus to customized fertilizing solutions.

Nokian Tires (NRE1V) is the largest tire manufacturer in the Nordic countries. On the 15th of February, the Board of Directors has decided to start the expansion and capacity increase at its Russian factory. As a result of the start-up of Phase II, the output of the Vsevolozhsk factory will more than double with the target to reach the production of 10 million tyres by the year 2011. Also, on the same day company’s financial statements for the year 2006 were published. Net Sales increased by 21.8% to EUR 835.9 million, profit for the period went up by 30.54% and reached EUR 107.3 million in 2006. Because of all this, the shares price of Nokian Tires increased by 22.87%, a biggest jump of the week, and reached EUR 18.50 per share.

Tecnomen (TEM1V) is one of the leading suppliers of messaging solutions, having a strong market position in prepaid systems and intelligent network components. The share price dropped from 1.71 EUR to 1.49 EUR per share on the Valentine’s Day. The reason is that in the morning of that day, the information for the financial statements for 2006 came out. There was stated that the earning per share has fallen to 0.05EUR in 2006 in comparison to 0.15EUR in 2005. The other reason is that no dividends are to be paid for the financial year ended 31 December 2006.
